Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if requested before resume or document generation has commenced.
Once generation has started, no refunds are available due to the digital and irreversible nature of the service.
Human Review Add-On
Refunds for the Human Resume Review & Refinement add-on are only available if the review process has not yet commenced.
